These terms cover your use of the Sipplet waitlist site at sipplet.com. By joining the waitlist or otherwise using this site, you agree to them. Sipplet is pre-launch — these terms will be replaced with a fuller set once the product ships and orders/payments go live.
What this site is
This site is an informational, pre-launch waitlist page for the Sipplet portable blender. It does not currently process orders, payments, or sell any product — joining the waitlist reserves your place for a future launch-week discount but is not a purchase and creates no obligation on either side. When available, Sipplet is sold through Amazon.com in the United States; any purchase you make there is between you and Amazon (or the applicable seller of record) under Amazon's own conditions of use, not these terms.
The waitlist
Submitting your email adds you to the waitlist so we can notify you when Sipplet ships. We may change or end any promotional offer (including the launch-week discount) at any time before launch.
Intellectual property
The Sipplet name, logo, and the content on this site (text, images, and design) belong to Sipplet or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission.
Product information & specs
Specifications, performance figures, and imagery on this site are pre-launch targets and may change before the final product ships.
Disclaimer
This site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sipplet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you're located outside the United States, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence may still apply and take precedence where they conflict with this section.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site and product evolve. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
