This policy covers the Sipplet waitlist site at sipplet.com. Sipplet is pre-launch — this page will be revised as the product ships and new features (like order fulfillment) go live.
What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is the email address you submit through the waitlist form. We don't use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers, and we don't ask for your name, payment details, or any other information.
How we use it
We use your email address to notify you when Sipplet ships and to send the launch-week discount mentioned when you signed up. We don't sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use a third-party email service provider to manage waitlist communications; if so, that provider processes your email solely on our behalf, under this policy. Consistent with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, every email we send identifies us as the sender accurately, uses truthful subject lines, includes a working unsubscribe link, and honors opt-out requests promptly.
How long we keep it
We retain your email address until Sipplet ships and the waitlist communications conclude, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@sipplet.com.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you're a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, and correct inaccuracies — free of retaliation for exercising these rights. We don't sell or share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there's no opt-out link to provide. To exercise any of these rights, email support@sipplet.com.
Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information we hold, including serving this site over HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if our data practices change — for example, once Sipplet ships and we begin processing orders and payments, which will require a more detailed policy.
