Can it really crush ice, or is it just a shaker?

It's a real motor with a six-blade hub — built to crush ice cubes and smaller frozen fruit, not just rattle it around. Keep ice to about a third of the jar and add a splash of liquid for best results — see the unedited blend test up top and judge for yourself.

How long does a charge last?

Around a week of daily blends on a single USB-C charge, depending on what you're blending. We'll confirm full top-up time closer to launch.

Four habits, straight from the care card that ships in the box.

Fully charge before first use

Give it a full charge out of the box before the first blend. Lithium packs ship at a partial charge for safety in transit, and a full first charge gets the battery reading itself correctly from day one.

Keep the motor base dry

The jar and lid are what touch your ingredients — the motor base is the one part that shouldn't get wet. Wipe it down rather than rinsing it, and keep it out of the sink.

Don't blend hot liquids

Like most personal blenders, Sipplet isn't built for hot liquids — heat and pressure inside a sealed jar is a bad combination. Let anything hot cool to room temperature first.

Clean it immediately after every use

Residue that dries onto the blades or gasket is far harder to get off than residue that's still wet. Rinse the jar and blade assembly right after blending, not after it sits for a few hours.
